Minimum order quantities, tooling and lead times depend on the product and the level of customisation, and are set out clearly in our quotation.
Questions partners ask
It depends on the product and on how much is customised. Laser marking on catalogue products starts lower than custom packaging or a new pattern. The quotation sets out the minimum, the tooling and the lead time clearly.
Yes. After we agree the specification, we make samples with your marking and packaging for approval. Production starts only once you have signed them off.
If you place the device on the EU market under your own name, you become its legal manufacturer and need full access to its technical documentation. We agree how that access works, in writing, before production starts.
Yes. As an OEM we manufacture to your design and specification. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share drawings.
